About Us

Head Engineering Consultants, Inc. with offices in Bolivar and Denton, Texas was founded in 2009 by A. Lee Head, III, P.E. Lee has over 35 years of water and wastewater engineering experience. Head Engineering Consultants, Inc. (HEC) believes that true success is only attained from committing whatever we do to the Lord (Proverbs 16:3) and by treating others as we would like to be treated (Mark 12:31).

HEC specializes in water and wastewater related projects for cities, water districts, water supply corporations, private water companies, various industries, residential and commercial developers, as well as to other consulting engineers throughout Texas. Our project experience includes evaluations, designs, construction representation, permitting, and representation with various regulatory agencies for water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater conveyance lines, pump and lift stations, ground and elevated storage tanks, wastewater discharge permits, TCEQ variances, and cost of services analysis.

Through association with Allison Engineering Group in Denton, Texas we also provide engineering services for street and drainage projects as well as residential and commercial site development. Through association with Collier Consulting, Inc. in Stephenville, Texas we are able to provide ground water hydrological services.
